We are established in Germany. Because we address customers and receive enquiries from outside the EU, including the United States, this policy also describes rights available under US state privacy laws.

Server log data: IP address, date and time of request, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and volume of data transferred. Deleted after 7 days at the latest, unless a security incident requires longer retention.

Contact and enquiry data: the information you enter in our contact or booking forms (name, company, email, phone number, industry, project details), plus technical metadata such as user agent and referrer.

Local storage: strictly necessary entries such as your language selection and your cookie notice acknowledgement. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Enquiry handling and pre-contractual communication: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Secure and stable operation of the website: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Strictly necessary storage on your device: Section 25(2) TDDDG.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and to comply with German statutory retention periods (generally 6 to 10 years for commercially relevant correspondence).

Hosting and application platform: Lovable (gridcode AB, Sweden). Database and backend: Supabase Inc., EU region. Appointment scheduling: Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA — see calendly.com/privacy. Google Reviews content is retrieved from Google Ireland Ltd.

Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with these providers. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Personal data from our forms is stored in the EU. Where a provider processes data in the United States (for example Calendly when you book an appointment), the transfer is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, together with supplementary technical and organisational measures.

If you contact us from outside the EU, your data will be processed in the European Union. EU data protection standards apply to that processing.

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21) and to withdraw consent at any time. Send an informal email to jokhicreative@gmail.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Ours is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2-4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.

If you are a resident of California (CCPA/CPRA) or of a state with comparable legislation such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or Texas, you may request: to know what personal information we collect and how we use it; a copy of that information; correction of inaccurate information; and deletion of your information, subject to legal retention duties.

In the past 12 months we collected the categories described in section 2 (identifiers, commercial/enquiry information, internet activity such as log data) for the business purposes described in section 3. We have not sold personal information and have not shared it for cross-context behavioural advertising in that period, including information of individuals we know to be under 16.

To exercise a request, email jokhicreative@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We verify requests using the contact details we already hold for you and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorised agent; we may then ask for proof of authorisation. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

This website is served over TLS/SSL encryption. Access to enquiry data is restricted to the persons who need it to answer your request.
